Our team work as fast as possible to diagnose issues & provide a no-obligation quote to repair faults on all devices we repair. 95% of the time we can diagnose on the spot however sometimes we may need devices left with our workshop for an advanced diagnosis which can take 3-5 working days for uncommon/in-depth issues. Please note that any & all quotes provided online or over the phone without device inspection are indicative only and are not a guaranteed price for repair.

Dropping Off Your Device for Repairs

Getting your device to us is easy! We’re located 15 minutes from Auckland CBD in the St Lukes Mega Centre (opposite Westfield St Lukes) next door to Robert Harris Café. If you can’t get to us in person, both our sales & support team can assist you to courier your device (at the customers’ expense) to our store in Auckland.

Repair Process

If you give us the authority to proceed with the repair job, we will set about completing the repairs listed in our quotation as quickly as possible. Most repairs can be completed within 5 working days however occasionally there can be delays or setbacks due to repair demands or/and other factors such as part availability. Our technicians will generally advise a lead-time when booking in a device repair prior to starting a job so you’re aware of the lead-time associated with your device repair.
